Applications: DCPP is one of the most important monomers for synthesizing various aromatic organophosphorus compounds. It is also an intermediate for producing pesticides, plasticizers, nylon stabilizers, dyes, and photoinitiators for photopolymers. It is widely used in the preparation of organophosphorus flame retardants, organophosphorus pesticides, antioxidants, plasticizers, stabilizers, insecticides, catalysts, high-pressure lubricants, and paint formulators. In particular, phosphorus-based reactive flame retardants derived from DCPP are extensively used in permanent flame-retardant products such as polyester resins. With the development of polymeric organophosphorus flame retardants, DCPP, as an intermediate for flame-retardant polyester, has gained further applications.
